Tarnika Love-Anderson is a dedicated candidate running for MSCS Board District 3. With a deep-rooted commitment to public service, she aims to bring a new era of leadership to the community. As a former educator, Tarnika understands the daily challenges faced by staff inside Memphis-Shelby County Schools. She has seen firsthand the dedication, sacrifice, and passion required to keep schools running. She is committed to leading with policies that uplift the entire school workforce.
As board member, I will also fight for Competitive Pay & Retention Incentives that would allow me to advocate for salary increases that reflect the true value of educators and support staff and push for retention incentives, longevity bonuses, and meaningful recognition programs.
